These eye exercises will help you improve your eyesight naturally:

  1. Begin the exercise by looking from left to right as far as you can. Repeat this several times.
  2. Do the same with up and down eye movement, stretching the eye muscles as far as you can.
  3. Next do this diagonally, from up and left to down and right. Repeat several times.
  4. Do the same in opposite diagonal direction direction.
  5. Rotate your eyes around as hard as you can. Try not to move your head too much while doing this.
  6. Rotate your eyes in the opposite direction.

A good guideline is to do each step around ten times each. Remember to stop if you feel any pain in your eyes.

Focus Exercise 1:

  1. Raise up one of your fingers and keep your eyes focused on the fingertip.
  2. Slowly move your finger to an arms length from your eyes, and then move it back near the tip of your nose.
  3. Repeat step two around ten times. Remember to keep your focus on your fingertip at all times.

Focus Exercise 2:

  1. This time, focus on your fingertip, and then an object far in the distance.
  2. Repeat this exercise around ten times.

Focus Exercise 3:

  1. Move your finger close to your eyes and focus on it.
  2. Look down at your nose, and then at your finger again.
  3. Repeat this exercise ten times, slowly moving your finger further away from your face.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 while having your other eye covered.

  2. Place your hands over the eyes. Make sure no light enters your eyes and gaze into the darkness.
  3. Take a deep breath and just sit and relax for a while.

Squeeze your eyes tight together and open them wide. Repeat this a few times, and we are done!
